What we are

Data Access develops custom software to client specifications and provides training and ongoing support for everything we build. Most of our customers are service businesses — companies whose day is a schedule of appointments, orders to fulfil and invoices to collect — and most of our work is the software that runs that day.

XtremeCRM

Our product, XtremeCRM, is an all-in-one CRM for service businesses: customers, scheduling and dispatch, orders and invoicing, recurring billing and payments, two-way SMS and email, and QuickBooks Online sync, in one app on every device. It is the current generation of a line that started with two industry-specific products, eFence Xtreme for pet containment dealers and Clarity Xtreme for water treatment dealers, whose workflows continue inside it as industry feature sets.
